Im sharing the changes Ive seen in my body since coming off birth control on the off chance that some of my Gorgeous readers are preparing to go through the same experience. I felt like the bc sort of helped it because the hormones make it worse but once I came off of it it was rough. My face is normally pretty clear and nice. I did start a new skin care routine which has worked wonders & ive been clear for about a month but my hair is still terrible. Over 3 yrs ago I stopped the pill so my husband and I could start a family. She did mention, however, that diet is tied to PMS symptoms so it could be related.
